Kenzie's Tips: Just add lemon


Hello everyone!!! Just wanted to share something that I've been doing for a while thats really simple but yet it doesnt seem like alot of ppl do it.

Watching the news one day a few years back I saw that drinking water with lemon in it help clear your skin and make it brighter due the fact that the vitamin c helps reduce wrinkles and blemishes. It also helps maintain clear skin! I never really had a acne problem but I was def willing to try this to see if it helped keep my skin clear and make it brighter.  I honestly think that drinking this regularly helped keep my skin clear and its soemthing that I will probably continue doin daily.




Other benifits from drinking lemon water are:

boosts your immune system
balances your body's pH
helps with digestion
helps relieve respiratory problems
it also is good source of potassium :)

Drinking water is already good for your body, but just by adding lemon can do so much more!! Hope this was helpful and that some of you guys if you dnt already try this out and let me know how it works for you!! :)

  1. I heard about this. Except it was recommended to apply the lemon to your face before or after cleansing. Since I don't want to be sticky lol, I'll just start drinking more lemon water lol

  3. This is soo true! Whenever I get the chance to go to the sauna or go out jogging (hardly ever, but that's beside the point lol) I always squeeze the juice from a fresh lemon straight into the bottle that I'm taking with me. You feel so fresh and revitalised after drinking it! You can also wash your face with a slice of lemon and a bit of sugar...but be careful if you have sensitive skin though!
