So this is the challenge...insane right? Im not sure if i can this, but i shouldnt doubt myself either. I think im going to start at #6 and work my way up to #1! So this week ill do 50 crunches 40 squats 30 leg lifts 20 jumpin jacks and run for 10 mins...i already know my body is gonna hate me for this but i need to get back in shape.

I have to get back in shape as well ! & All I do is run on the treadmill for about an hour ! I'm going to try & follow these 10 steps ! lol .. i was getting exhausted just by reading it ! LOLOl
