Green Thumb

Ive been wanting to get a jump start on my garden since April but the weather wasnt so permitting. With the last three weeks bringing nothing but rain, you appreciate every little moment you can to spend time in the sun. 

Today, the weather is amazing and the sun is blessing my life! And with today being my off day, it seems like the perfect recipe for chilling and cultivating. 

I bought these little starter pot from the garden section in target and decided that its about time to get these babies started. I got organic peppers, organic parsley and strawberries. Each pot came with dirt rounds and seeds. Add about 5 tablespoons of water and wait for the dirt to absorb it and expand. 

Now we wait. Ive always loved the thought of growing my own fruits and vegetables for consumption and not havingto solely depend on a grocery store. From previous experiences i should see some growth in about 1-2 weeks!
